Scope and Principles of the General Terms of Use
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter: the “Terms of Use”) govern the conditions of use of the website mozaik.yourart.hu website mozaik.yourart.hu (hereinafter: the “Website”), which is the exclusive property of Viktor Óvári sole proprietor (tax number: 90871827-1-41, registered seat: 1036 Budapest, Lajos utca 78., 6th floor).
A “User” (hereinafter: the “User”) is defined as any natural person of legal age, legal entity, business association, or other organization with legal personality, who visits the Website, purchases a ticket there, or subscribes to the Website’s newsletter. Minors do not qualify as Users. Minors may visit the Website and browse its content, but they are not permitted to purchase tickets, subscribe to the Website’s newsletter, use the services provided on the Website, or attend Your Art events. If a minor nevertheless attends an event, they may only do so with verbal parental consent. In this case, the minor’s parent or legal guardian shall be deemed the User.
By using any of the services provided on the Website or subscribing to the newsletter, the User accepts these Terms of Use as legally binding. Acceptance of these Terms also implies that the User undertakes to monitor any changes to the Terms. If the User does not accept these Terms of Use, they are not entitled to use the Website or the services offered through the Website. The owner and/or operator of the Website reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use unilaterally at any time. The amended Terms of Use enter into force on the date they are published on the Website. The operators of the Website may also appear under the name “Your Art” both within these Terms and on the Website.
The User is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information. Should Your Art become aware that the User has provided false information, it reserves the right to partially or fully restrict the User’s access to the Services.

Operation of Your Art
Your Art offers a community mosaic-making experience during which the User, with the guidance of the Your Art art director, creates a mosaic piece. The Website lists multiple Events, along with the artwork to be created at each Event, as determined by Your Art. Users select from available dates, locations, artworks, and accessibility options.
Variable factors: Event dates, art directors, and structure are subject to change. The selected event may be altered at the discretion of Your Art; for example, the artwork created or the art director conducting the Event may differ from what is listed on the Website. Materials such as paint, canvas, easels, brushes, aprons, and the art director may also vary from event to event without prior notice. Your Art will make every effort to ensure that such changes have minimal impact on the Event.
Timeframe: Your Art strives to start on time and complete workshops within three hours, but the timeframe may vary.
Cancellation: If fewer than 4 participants register, the workshop will be canceled. Affected Users will be notified by email.
Code of Conduct
At Your Art events and/or on the Website, Users must respect other participants regardless of race, gender, religion, identity, or human dignity, and must not intentionally or unintentionally harm others through words or actions.
Purchases
Ticket Purchase and Cancellation
Tickets can be purchased on the Website by clicking the booking button. After selecting the artwork and date, the User initiates the purchase by clicking “Add to Cart,” then completes the purchase at checkout.
Required information for ticket purchase:
Payments can be made through the Barion system, via direct bank transfer, cash payment, or PayPal. By purchasing a ticket, the User must also accept the Terms & Conditions of Barion and/or PayPal. Bank transfer payments must be made to the account of Viktor Óvári sole proprietor (tax number: 90871827-1-41).
Online card payments are processed via Barion. Card details are never disclosed to the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt. is supervised by the Hungarian National Bank (license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013).
Invoices are issued electronically via szamlazz.hu and sent to the User’s provided email address.
Confirmation of a successful purchase is sent by email to the User and includes:
Cancellations: Users must notify us by email at mozaik@yourart.hu no later than 48 hours before the Event start time, using “Cancellation” as the subject line. The email must clearly state who is canceling and which Event is being canceled. Cancellations via Facebook, phone, or other channels are not accepted. If cancellation is not received at least 48 hours prior, it will not be valid. A validly canceled ticket may be transferred once to another Event within 40 days, subject to available capacity.
Gift Purchases
Purchases are made via Barion or PayPal, with their Terms also applying. Bank transfer and cash payments are also accepted. Invoices are issued electronically via szamlazz.hu.
Data Transmission
The User acknowledges that the personal data stored in the mozaik.yourart.hu database by Viktor Óvári sole proprietor may be transmitted to OTP Mobil Kft. (SimplePay) as a data processor.
The data transmitted: name, email address, phone number, billing address.

Promotions
Your Art reserves the right to provide discounts on ticket or merchandise prices, with terms subject to change. Third-party promotions (e.g., coupon campaigns) may also apply, in which case Your Art assumes no responsibility for the partner’s Terms or data processing.
Newsletter
Users may subscribe to the newsletter to receive continuous updates on Your Art news, offers, and events. Subscription and the provision of data are always voluntary.
The Service Provider maintains a record of subscriber data, which may only be shared with third parties with the User’s prior consent.
By subscribing, Users authorize the Service Provider to process their data in compliance with Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services.
Users may unsubscribe at any time, without justification and free of charge, via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Social Media and Marketing
The Website may be linked with the User’s Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, or Instagram accounts. If used, the User becomes part of the Your Art community on these platforms, where documented Event materials (photos, finished artworks, videos, etc.) may be shared, identifying the User.
Photo and video recordings may be taken at Your Art Events for marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket and attending an Event, the User consents to the use of such materials in the Service Provider’s PR and marketing activities.
Liability
Your Art does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its services (including the Website, content, and Events). Services may be modified or terminated without notice or compensation.
Your Art disclaims liability particularly regarding partner services, artworks created at events, and the use of Your Art equipment.
Your Art accepts no responsibility for:
Food and beverage consumption is available at Events as per the studio’s offering and is included in the ticket price.
Governing Law and Authorities
The legal relationship between Operator and User is governed by Hungarian law. In case of disputes, jurisdiction lies exclusively with the competent court of the Operator’s registered seat.
Consumer complaints may be submitted to the competent consumer protection authority or, in relation to electronic advertising, to the communications authority.
